Maintenance Request

For general maintenance requested please provide as much information of the repairs as possible, including:

  • Property Address
  • Contact Phone & Email
  • Maintenance Details
  • Photos/videos

Please submit all maintenance requests through Tapi. Once your maintenance is logged, our team will forward the request to your landlord for their instructions for further action.

If the damage is found to be caused by the tenant either accidentally or maliciously, the tenant is responsible for payment of the repair.

In the event of an urgent repair then you should take whatever action is necessary to protect your goods and the property from further damage.

If an issue arises that requires urgent attention, you will be able to escalate the matter through the chat service to help determine if it requires after hours attention and how the issue can first be isolated and ensure both you and your property are kept safe.
