For general maintenance requested please provide as much information of the repairs as possible, including:

• Tenant’s Name
• Property Address
• Contact Phone & Email
• Maintenance Details
• Repairs Required

Maintenance, unless urgent, is given to tradesmen by the end of the following business day.

If the damage is found to be caused by the tenant either accidently or maliciously, the tenant is responsible for payment of the repair.

In the event of an urgent repair please ring our office immediately and we shall attend to your problem as quickly as possible. If it is outside business hours then you should take whatever action is necessary to protect your goods and the property from further damage.
